Mad River Property Management is a full service year round property management company with over 20 years of property management, landscaping and gardening experience.

We use Mad River Garden Center's well stocked nursery and greenhouses to keep your property looking green and beautiful all summer long.

At Mad River Property Management we offer year round services, including home checks.

In the winter MRPM offers snow plowing and snow removal, sidewalk, deck and roof clearing. Tree and shrub wrapping, as well as snow and ice covers to help protect your plants and shrubs from heavy ice and snow.

Winter is a fabulous time to schedule interior masonry work. Our experienced masons can design and build your hearth as well as other masonry projects.

In the spring and summer we offer a full range of landscaping, lawn care, hardscaping, brush cleanup, annual planting, tree and shrub installation.
Our experienced crew can design and install retaining walls, patio's, walkways and stone walls. Now is a great time to have your decorative fencing installed or repaired.

Fall is a great time for pruning your trees and shrubs, trimming hedges, brush clearing and grounds clean up, tree and shrub installation, bulb and perennial bed planting, lawn care, light logging and forestry management, hardscape design and installation, deck and patio cleaning or repair.

Let our experienced landscapers prepare your garden beds for winter, plant your new perennials and bulbs for next summer blooming.

Mad River Property Management is also available for light carpentry projects. Fall is a great time to install that deck you've always wanted, design and build a gazebo, or install decorative fencing.

At MRPM we have all the right equipment to get the job done right. With two skid steers and one mini excavator on site, we are able to move the largest trees, shrubs and stones to turn even the largest landscape plans into realities.

With the aforementioned machines, we are also able to improve drainage on your property and clear brush and trees.
